The ‘To My Sister With Love’ campaign is being run as a joint effort between the Al Huda Academy and the well known Gift of the Givers foundation. This campaign is aimed at empowering the fallen women of Syria. To participate in the campaign, simply follow the below instructions:
- Create a hygiene pack that includes the following items:
- Sanitary Pads
- Bar Soap
- Pocket Tissue
- Panty Liners
- Roll-on
- Moisturiser (100ml)
- Hair Brush
- Toothbrush
- Toothpaste
- Face Cloth
- Pair of Socks
- Package the above into a flat toiletry bag with all contents to have an expiry date of at least 6 months or more from time of packaging
- Please include a letter of love and support from one woman to another to give them hope insha-Allah
The cut off date for contributions is 26th June 2014 at the school, in order to ensure that all contributions are collected and prepared for transport by the 1st week of Ramadhan.
